Every good mother cares about her child, puts the well-being of her little one before her own, and gives what is necessary so that she does not need anything; But concerned moms do not exist only among humans, there are animals whose love for their young rivals any human person, like that of this dog and her puppy.
A mother dog was crying out for help after her puppy was badly [ᴡᴏᴜɴᴅᴇᴅ] and lying in the street. Fortunately, Animal Aid Unlimited, India was contacted and came to help the distressed family.
It all started during a routine afternoon for the Indian organization Animal AidUnlimited , which received an emergency call about a small puppy on the side of the road who was injured and required immediate help if he was to survive.
The mother knew that she had to trust those people if she wanted her puppy to be saved.
With the speed that they were allowed, the rescuers arrived at the indicated address and did not take long to detect the little boy thanks to the howls of concern from his mother, as she was standing guard next to the puppy who was lying next to a light pole.
“She didn’t stop trying desperately to communicate as we gently lifted her puppy who had two deep [ᴡᴏᴜɴᴅᴇᴅ] and placed him in the ambulance. We couldn’t bring her along because she had 4 other babies to watch over.”
They tried to communicate back to the mother dog, and she seemed to trust that the rescuers would take care of her baby, so she stepped aside so they could get to the cub, avoiding getting too far away from him.
“We would try our best to save her sweetheart and bring him home, and how we wished and hoped she would somehow understand.”
But after lots of rest, food and love Toggle began to feel much better. Immediately after getting better, the dog was taken to his mother and family. He is very happy to have recovered. For now, the little family members are just pleased to be back together.
Mom’s weeps, although heartbreaking, were heard! Her priceless child lives today thanks to the kindness and large hearts of rescuers!
